Our buyers and sellers at Bazaah trust that our marketplace will provide them with a safe browsing and procuring experience. Products that are offered by sellers on Bazaah must comply with all terms and conditions, policies and relevant online laws and regulations. The promotion of illegal and unsafe products that violate our Bazaah policies is strictly prohibited and a matter we take very seriously.

For all sellers who promote their products on Bazaah you must take careful consideration to review the products we do not allow or restrict on our marketplace. The below items are examples of products we prohibit but are not all-inclusive and are provided to you as a guide.

If you do submit a product that we believe is in violation of any laws or comes under a prohibited product we will not approve to be listed on our marketplace. If a product is approved and at a later period customised or edited to then promote a product which does not meet or violates our terms of use we will then take corrective actions where appropriate, including but not limited to delisting product, suspending user account or terminating business relationship.

We work very closely with our vendors to ensure that they at all times are meeting our policies and to improve the processes we use to detect illegal and unsafe products from being listed on our marketplace.
