How do I sign up?

At the top right section of our website we provide a button which allows you to create a new account. You can sign up with your personal or business email.

What type of account should I select during sign up?

Below is options we provide for you to choose from when signing up with Bazaah:

BuyerIf you are looking to source products and find providers who can create, manufacture and supply products that you currently or plan to sell.

Representative – Represent a business/product/manufacturer/supplier and work with buyers who are in the market for what you provide.

BusinessBusiness based provider of product/manufacturing/supply and looking to work with buyers who are in the market for your focus area.

What does it cost to sign up to Bazaah?

If you sign up as a buyer there is no cost to create and use your account. We believe in providing opportunities to those who are looking supplier, manufacturers and providers.

How do I contact supplier?

On product page you will find a contact form at top and bottom of page which allows you to easily contact supplier/manufacturer/product owner.

What currency are listings using on Bazaah?

All listings on Bazaah are based on United States Dollars (USD).

Is my data safe with Bazaah?

Since we have begun Bazaah we have ensured that no user will ever have their data sold or provided to any 3rd parties. Along with this, we have a large range of firewall level securities that ensure your data is never leaked, exposed, or hacked.

Can I buy products directly through Bazaah?

Bazaah at this time is a communication-based marketplace that does not allow buying. We are here to provide you with opportunities to realize your ideas and requirements for creating, sourcing, and building your products. Purchasing is conducted outside of Bazaah and we suggest you to practice caution when conducting payment activities outside of Bazaah with providers you have found through Bazaah marketplace.

Are suppliers on Bazaah verified to be true and trustworthy?

We conduct in depth review of all users who list products on Bazaah marketplace. This review covers many areas such as registered business, highly positive online reviews of both business and product, necessary certifications, safe plus fair workplaces and much more. If we find a product or provider/supplier who does not meet the wide range of requirements for Bazaah they are removed along with all product listings.

Can I change my account from user to seller?

Yes, this is very easy. You can contact our support team and we will adjust your account type.

I have found fake/fraudulent/suspicious products, what should I do?

We request that you contact our support staff on Report@bazaah.com or Fraud@bazaah.com immediately. Our support staff takes swift action on any product or user who does not adhere to our terms of use and endangers opportunities and sales for other business and product owners on bazaah and around the world.

How can I contact Bazaah support?

Our support team can be contacted by choosing the Support menu option on home bar or when you scroll to bottom of page you will also see link to open page which allows you to send message to our support team which will be actioned within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Within your profile dashboard we provide the option to delete your account and all associate data. We would be very sad to see you go though!

How do I sign up as a seller/provider?

At the top right section of our website we provide a button which allows you to create a new account. You can sign up with your personal or business email.

Why don't I see all my product after I have created a listing?

We review all uploaded listings to Bazaah to ensure safety and security for all users. Your listing will be placed on marketplace within 24 hours of your upload.

How long does it take for my listing to live?

Our team will approve or decline your listing within 24 hours from time of upload. If you require a fast track upload please contact our support staff.

When I close my browser it logs me out of my account?

To protect your account and user information we automatically log out your account when you close your browser. We don’t want a user’s device to be lost or misplaced and non-approved users gain access to an account.

How can I add custom information to my listing?

When adding a new product or editing an existing one there is an option under ‘additional features’ which allows you to add custom information.

Can I customise listing after it has been submitted?

We provide you with the tools to edit your listing/product when it is draft, pending or live mode.

Why was my account was deleted without my approval?

We have very strict rules related to IP infringement along with promoting dangerous or negative information and ideas on Bazaah. If you have fallen within one of these categories our support staff will remove your products and account without an opportunity for explanation. Our users and vendors are highly protected and if we find that you are putting in danger their products and experience on Bazaah you will be removed.

Can I add sales representatives to my account/membership?

Yes you can, we believe this is very important. If you sign up as a business you can add representatives from inside your profile. Open your profile dashboard and click on ‘My Profile’ and you will be presented with options to add representatives.

Can I accept payments through Bazaah for my listings/products?

We do not allow payments through Bazaah at this time. Our platform is provided to allow communication and discussion between you and enquiring parties.

How can I report another user or listing which is infringing on my product?

We request that you contact our support staff on Report@Bazaah.com or Fraud@Bazaah.com immediately. Our support staff takes swift action on any product or user who does not adhere to our terms of use and endangers opportunities and sales for other business and product owners on Bazaah and around the world.

How can I change my account type?

Yes, this is very easy. You can contact our support team and we will adjust your account type.

Why was my listing was not approved?

We have a range of reasons why your listing was not approved they are listed but not limited to the below:

  • Your images were low quality (EG: high pixelation, multiple items in image, etc)
  • Not enough information was provided about the product
  • Listing was infringing on intellectual property or fraudulent
  • Was deemed a duplicate of a listing you already have uploaded
  • Inflicted against products we do not allow on Bazaah (EG: weapons)

How is my product/listing and user data protected?

Since we have begun Bazaah we have ensured that no user will ever have their data sold or provided to any 3rd parties. Along with this we have implemented a range of securities which ensure your data is never leaked, exposed or hacked.

I can’t upload image or attachment to my listing?

The maximum file size for each piece image and attachment you upload to Bazaah is 1 megabyte. There is also a limit of 5 images per listing. You may have infringed on one of these two areas, but if you believe you have not please contact our support team to provide further help in finding out where your issues are arising.

Is there any types of products which are not allowed on Bazaah?

  • Animals and wildlife
  • Autographed items
  • Drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • Embargoed goods
  • Products Encouraging illegal activity
  • Firearms, weapons and knives
  • Government documents, IDs and licences policy
  • Human remains & body parts
  • Mailing lists and personal information

Why was my product/listing submission declined?

We will decline your uploaded product/listing for the following reasons:

  • Poor image quality
  • Incomplete information
  • Fraudalant and Illegal product
  • Suspicious activity
  • Incomprehensible wording
  • Encouraging fraud or illegal activity
  • Location/Map information incomplete
  • Copying marketplace user product
  • Multiple uploads that match previous uploads

How do I delete a product/listing?

Inside your user profile when opening ‘my products’ you will see an option in drop down settings to remove a product.

How do I delete my account?

Within your profile dashboard we provide the option to delete your account and all associate data. We would be very sad to see you go though!

What is classified as low volume?

The answer to this question has a wide view of responses. We allow our vendors to decide what they deem as low volume as they are aware of the average size of orders they receive in their respective industries. If we believe your listing is promoting a medium to large size minimum order quantity you will be contacted and asked to reduce the minimum order quantity, if you cannot reduce to a low volume your product may not be approved.
